Yet alongside the promise of efficiency and data-driven decision-making, there are concerns about fairness, transparency, and the human touch. To understand the real impact, it is essential to explore both sides of the debate.

AI can process thousands of applications in minutes, drastically reducing time-to-hire. Algorithms trained on structured and unstructured data can automate repetitive tasks such as resume parsing and scheduling interviews.
